We have several distinctive homes close to the beach and downtown, mostly in Seaside, however we offer Oceanfront Condos, or a home just steps from the beach in Gearhart, just a short distance north of Seaside.

In Seaside, our homes are located throughout the town, many just a short distance from the beach and downtown, we also have homes close to or right on the Estuary of the Necanicum river where there is an abundance of fishing and crabbing. Clamming, beach combing, surfing, family bonfires are also a great part of our beach, not to mention the beautiful sunsets.

Our homes come with a wide array of inviting amenities and you may find, wood burning fireplaces, 1 to 3 bedroom homes, fully equipped kitchens, private back yards, outdoor barbecues, wrap around decks, bicycles, TVs, VCR/DVD, washer/dryer, some with wi-fi, all have that at the beach feel and games for the family. Our homes all accommodate guests from a couples weekend away to a family gathering or reunion.
